When you buy Scout popcorn, you are helping boys and girls develop leadership skills and learn the importance of serving others, while making friends and having fun outdoors.
Every purchase or donation supports local Scouts here in Central Texas. Your contribution helps Scouts cover their annual membership fees and dues, plus:
Uniform costs
A Scout’s uniform is a point of pride and gives them a feeling of belonging to a group of friends. Your popcorn purchase will help some Scouting families who would otherwise have trouble providing a uniform – or empower Scouts using our popcorn sale to earn money to pay for their uniform.
Camp registration
The founder of Scouting around the world, Robert Baden-Powell, said, “A week of camp life is worth six months of theoretical teaching in the meeting room.” Being outside introduces new opportunities to learn and grow that just aren’t possible in a standard classroom setting. And now, more than ever, children need the social-emotional benefits that going to summer and/or winter camp can provide away from screens and other distractions of modern life.
Access to special programs
National and World Jamborees. STEM Camp. High Adventure treks to the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, Florida Keys, and Boundary Waters of Minnesota. All of these opportunities are available through either programs we offer here in Central Texas or at one of Scouting America’s incredible High Adventure Bases in New Mexico, Florida, northern Minnesota, or West Virginia. These are life-changing trips that give a Scout memories for a lifetime and, often, inspiration for the future.

Select an amount and we’ll use it to ship products to military bases, food banks, and first responder organizations serving police officers, firefighters, and more. It’s our way of turning your support of Scouting into a big “thank you” to all those who serve our communities and country.
