Gold Award for Distinguished Conservation Service
The Gold Award for Distinguished Conservation Service recognizes adult volunteers who have given substantial time in Capitol Area Council programs that encourage and educate Scouts about natural resource conservation and environmental improvement during a period of at least three years.
